I began managing Bi-Mart's Twitter and Instagram in 2020, with a focus on increasing engagement with those platforms' age demographic, which skews younger than Bi-Mart's main customer base. I designed and managed a series of four Yeti cooler giveaways for
Bi-Mart's Instagram, with the goal of growing Bi-Mart's Instagram following. I partnered with Bi-Mart's food buyer & his contact at Hint Water to create a campaign that worked for everyone and succeeded in growing Bi-Mart's Instagram following by 20%.
I designed and managed a pet costume contest for Bi-Mart's Facebook page, with the aim to boost engagement with existing followers and add a sense of fun and added value. On the heels of the Yeti giveaways, I cross promoted to Instagram & Twitter as well.
